Ordering, Payment and Pricing

You may place orders through our website. All prices and availability are as listed online at the time of order; we reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any confirmed order will be honored at the price agreed. Payment must be made in advance via the accepted payment methods (e.g. credit/debit card, bank transfer). We will send you an email confirmation once your order is received and payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch (for example, if a product is out of stock or a pricing error is discovered) and will refund any amount already paid. All sales are final once the order is placed and payment is processed; we do not offer any returns or exchanges except as required by applicable law (for example, in case of proven product defect). You agree that our no-returns/no-exchanges policy is fair and clearly disclosed, and you will not dispute its validity in the future. Because our products are herbal consumables, we strongly advise that customers inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any issues to us within 1 day. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly for a possible replacement. Aside from such cases, all sales are final, and no refunds will be given.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within India. Orders are dispatched from our Indian facility, and you must provide a valid shipping address in India. (When we begin international shipping, we will publish a separate international shipping policy.) Delivery times are estimates only and depend on the carrier; we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping charges and taxes (if any) will be added at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, title and risk of loss pass to you, and any shipping delays or damages become the carrier’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
