At WarmHugs we craft consumable herbal teas. For hygiene and safety, all sales are final once an order is placed—no cancellations, returns, or refunds for change‑of‑mind.
We do, however, stand behind our quality. If your product (tin Box content) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
1. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via info@thewarmhugs.com or WhatsApp +91 90352 64976.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the damaged/defective product.
Once verified, we will dispatch a free replacement; returns are required.
2. Evidence & Time Limits
Claims lodged after 24 hours or without photographic proof cannot be accepted.
Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or misuse after delivery is not covered.
3. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
Opened, used, or partially consumed tea packs.
Packages reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Orders refused due to incorrect address or unreachable recipient.
4. Shipping Liability
Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once your parcel leaves our facility. We will assist in tracing delayed parcels, but courier delays, weather events, or force‑majeure situations are beyond our control.
5. Compliance Statement
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules 2020: we accept responsibility for products that are defective, damaged, or mis‑described and provide a replacement remedy. By purchasing from WarmHugs you acknowledge and agree to this replacement‑only policy for consumable goods.
